As the instructor for Improv4Health, she is dedicated to using the power of improvisation to promote health and well-being. Her classes empower individuals to tap into their creativity, enhance communication skills, and boost self-confidence. Through her work at Second City, Bad Dog Theatre (formerly Theatresports), and the Kate Ashby Academy, Cathy has honed her craft and continuously expanded her repertoire of games and play. Education and the empowerment of children and adults are at the core of her values, and her dedication to supporting and uplifting both children and adults stems from her belief in the transformative power of play.
