Cathy Gatlin has a diverse background in sales, performance arts, and a deep-rooted passion for community building and education. Over 24 years of experience in sales has equipped her with valuable skills and insights into understanding customer needs, fostering relationships, and driving business growth.

 

Cathy has immersed herself in the world of performance arts, particularly in improvisational theatre. As the instructor for Improv4Health, she is dedicated to using the power of improvisation to promote health and well-being. Her classes empower individuals to tap into their creativity, enhance communication skills, and boost self-confidence. Through her work at Second City, Bad Dog Theatre (formerly Theatresports), and the Kate Ashby Academy, Cathy has honed her craft and continuously expanded her repertoire of games and play. Education and the empowerment of children and adults are at the core of her values, and her dedication to supporting and uplifting both children and adults stems from her belief in the transformative power of play. 

 

Cathy's commitment to community building extends beyond the stage. Drawing from her own lived experience with mental health issues, she possesses a deep empathy and understanding of the challenges many individuals face. Her passion for mental health advocacy has fueled her desire to create safe and inclusive spaces where individuals can explore their creativity and express themselves freely. With Cathy’s extensive sales experience, unwavering commitment to mental health advocacy, and passion for education, she continues to inspire and empower individuals of all ages, fostering a sense of community, connection, and creativity
